The Baileigh RDB-100 is a low cost manual rotary draw pipe bender that works through a unique ratcheting mechanism that gives easy pulling of a bend by simply pulling a lever.

The Baileigh RDB-125 uses a power hydraulic pump in conjunction with a unique ratcheting mechanism to give low cost precision bends.

The Baileigh RDB-150 is a lever operated hydraulically powered rotary draw pipe bender. The autostop angle dial allows repeatable and accurate bends.

The Baileigh RDB-175 is a foot-pedal operated hydraulically powered rotary draw pipe bender. The autostop angle dial allows repeatable and accurate bends.

The Baileigh RDB-250 is a foot pedal operated electric motor powered rotary draw pipe bender. The programmable LCD controller allows storage of up to 170 jobs.

The Baileigh RDB-300 is a foot pedal operated electric motor powered rotary draw pipe bender. The programmable LCD controller allows storage of up to 170 jobs.

The Baileigh RDB-350 is a foot pedal operated electric motor powered rotary draw pipe bender. The programmable LCD controller allows storage of up to 170 jobs.

A Baileigh horizontal bender is the perfect complement to any fabrication shop where traditional press brakes are used. The advantage that these machines have is that for smaller pieces the part lies flat on the bend table so the part is always square during the bend process.

The NC controller can hold up to 99 programs with up to 10 bends per program. These models come standard with one set of single-vee tooling, NC controller, manual back gauge, and dialed pressure regulators.

Baileigh box and pan folders are rigidly built to withstand deflection in the apron area, the apron is reinforced with very heavy truss rods that are electro welded to withstand use at maximum capacity day in and day.

The top apron has a 22 finger assortment of varying sizes to allow the operator to configure almost any box and pan up to a maximum depth of 150mm. The fingers and bending rail are hardened to produce extremely straight and tight bends. The bending apron has two massive counter weights to help assist the operator in fatigue free bending, even at maximum capacity. The apron side shafts ride in precision lube for life bearings that improves tolerance and longevity of apron.
