Section Rolls

This entry level manual roll bending machine with manual adjustment to top roll is capable of rolling 50 x 2.5 mm mild steel round tube to a 1000 mm diameter. This robust machine comes standard with the two bottom rolls being driven. In addition, this angle rolling machine comes with a full set of section roll dies, a direct drive gear box, variable speed control, an inverter preventing overload, a pivoting head for allowing for bending in either the vertical or horizontal plane, and stand that has spacious storage compartments. This machine is perfect for any gate maker needing to make arches from box section or to roll rectangle sections for rails.

The Baileigh R-M55 is capable of rolling up to 60 x 2 mm round tube to a 1200 mm diameter. The R-M55 has manual top roll adjustment and comes standard with an inverter to prevent overload and a variable speed control. The main structure of this machine is a heavy duty casting.

The Baileigh R-H55 is a heavy duty machine with hydraulic adjustment to the top roll the position is actuated by simple push buttons and controlled by a numeric controller. This section roller is capable of rolling 79 x 2 mm mild steel round tubing to a 1500 mm diameter. This machine is excellent for repeatable bending application on a larger scale.

The Comac Series 3000 comprises 15 models with three driven rolls, the bottom two rolls can move independent of each other. This double initial pinch allows the user to bend larger profiles of material to accurate dimensions with tighter bend radius than conventional single middle roll adjustment.

Manual slip rolls have three rolls with two rolls driven by the handle on the side of the machine. The rolls are manufactured from polished and hardened carbon steel. Wire grooves are standard allowing rolling of solid round wire and pipe.

Motorised slip rolls are single initial pinch three roll machines with two rolls driven by a single or three phase motor. The rolls are manufactured from polished and induction hardened carbon steel. Wire grooves are standard allowing rolling of solid round pipe. The machines come with foot pedal control over forward and reverse and a manual or motorised back roll height adjustment.

Available in a range of sizes to handle everything from 1270mm x 1.6mm to 1524mm x 3.5mm mild steel sheet.

Heavy duty plate rolls are available in a range of three and four roll configurations with either single or double initial pinch. Machines come with simple digital display or full CNC graphical adjustment of side rolls
